Shipping and Tracking

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you should receive an email with your tracking information.

If you have not received one, or need additional help, please contact contact@thethreethousands.com with your Order Number in the subject line.

How long does shipping take?

After your order has been placed, please allow 1 to 7 business days to process and fulfil your order. As all products are made to order, processing and production times may vary.

Once your order has been shipped, you should expect to receive it within 15 days. This is an estimate, and there may be delays due to external factors outside of our control.

International Orders: Shipping times vary by location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide!

My order was lost/stolen, what should I do?

The Three Thousands is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

If you have any questions regarding lost or stolen packages, please get in contact with our team at contact@thethreethousands.com for assistance. Please be sure to include your name and order number.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation.

All order confirmations should come through via email. If you have not received one, please reach out to our team at contact@thethreethousands.com with your name and order details for assistance.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once orders have been processed, we are unable to amend or accept cancellations. 

If you do need to amend or cancel an order, please get in touch with our team as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you.

I received a defective product. What do I do?

If you have received a defective product, please reach out to our team at contact@thethreethousands.com as soon as possible. Be sure to include your order number and photos, where relevant, of the issues.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my product?

All products are made to order, and we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If you have received a faulty product, please get in touch with your team as soon as possible.
